Stages of Stress:
• 1. The Alarm Stage: When
threat is perceived through
the body senses
• 2. Resistance Stage: After the
immediate threat disappears,
the
body relaxes and returns
to normal

actual or perceived threat
continues over a prolong time.
This can end in

MANAGEMENT
• Relaxation: Massage, self
hypnosis, Sabbath, day off,
leave, retreat, time away, seven
to eight hours sleep
• Nourish your body: Organic
food, vitamins and essential
nutrients
