Dear Dance Workshop Families and Customers,
We hope that everyone is safe after today's latest blizzard. We greatly appreciate
everyone's patience and understanding during this very difficult winter season.
As a reminder, Dance Workshop of Hanover is observing February Vacation according to
the Hanover Public School System this week. We will NOT be holding regular classes this
week from Monday, February 16th-Saturday, February 21st.
That said, we are holding some make-up classes over February vacation week as an option
for customers who are not going away for vacation.
--The previously scheduled make-up classes for tomorrow (MONDAY 2/16) for Miss
Denise's Monday morning and 1pm Creative Movement classes are CANCELLED due to
the weekend blizzard and snow removal concerns.
--The Monday 2/16 morning classes and 1pm Creative Movement have been changed to
Tuesday, February 17th make-up class from 10:15-11:15am.
--Tuesday's regular 10:15am Pre-Primary I class is being held this Tuesday, February 17th
during vacation week. (Just a make-up option for you.)
--In addition, we are offering additional optional make-up classes on Thursday, February
19th and Friday, February 20th for Mon/Tues morning and afternoon classes.
9:15AM-10am: Creative Movement
10AM-11AM: Pre-Primary I & II
11AM-12NOON: Primary I & II & Grade 1
Thursday, Feb. 20th:
11:30am-1:30pm: Miss Deirdre's Leaps & Turns Make-Up Class (Grade 5,7,8,9)
Saturday, February 21st:
On Saturday, February 21st, we will be holding a "Super Snow Dance" Make-Up Session
for Monday/Tuesday, Grades 1, 2 and Grade 1/2 Contemporary/Lyrical and Grade 4 from
10am-12noon.
10am-12noon: Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 1/2 Contemporary/Lyrical (Mon/Tues), and Grade
4 (Monday Class.)
Please note that Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 4, Grade 7/8/9 RAD & Contemporary will also be
offered additional make-up hours over April vacation.
Our regular make-up class policy is also available. You are welcome to take a similar level
class at another day and time during our regular schedule.
For example: Monday and Tuesday Grade 1 dancers are welcome to take the Thursday,
Grade 1 class from 5:15pm-6:30pm.
We are offering the February school vacation make-up classes for anyone that is in town
for vacation and available. Students are welcome to take make-up substitute classes with
the regular schedule at any time from now until June.
Should none of these options work for you, please let us know and we can create a
personalized make-up schedule for you.
