Nalco, an Ecolab company, is searching for May 2013, Chemical Engineering graduates to join our Downstream, Energy Services
team in January 2013. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain five years of experience in a condensed 12 month training
program. Upon successful completion of Downstream University in Sugar Land, TX, you will be sent out into the field, for your
permanent assignment.
Our Energy Services division provides on-site, technology-driven solutions to the global natural gas, petroleum and petrochemical
industries. In addition to recovery, production and process enhancements, we also deliver a full range of water treatment offerings to
refineries and petrochemical plants. Our Downstream applications increase refinery and petrochemical plant efficiency and the useful
life of customer assets, while improving refined and petrochemical product quality and yields.
Title: Application Engineer
Location: Sugar Land, TX / Nationwide
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Nalco has an opening for Application Engineers in our Downstream Energy Services Group. The Application Engineer will primarily
be responsible for ensuring orders and revenue growth of Nalco products and services to assigned customer and prospect accounts by
analyzing and meeting customer needs, developing and implementing sales plans, selling products, and providing customer support in
an assigned geographic territory.
QUALIFICATIONS
 B.S. Degree in Engineering or technical specialty; Chemical Engineer degree preferred
 Military experience (technical) a plus
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
