Initiating a Blast Call
1. To initiate a teleconferencing blast
call, dial either of the following
telephone numbers:
 1 -866-843-0891

1 – 412-317-1089
2.
Select and enter the appropriate
passcode followed by #. Make certain
to enter the passcode slowly and
deliberately.
Disconnecting Callers
To disconnect a telephone number that
is busy, wrong, or unanswered: Press *2
Please note the chairperson and a
group member use different codes to
mute their call.
To disconnect the last participant who
joined: Press *3
To enable muting: press 81#
To disable muting: press 80#
Ending Calls
1. To verify the call is completed, press

for the group(s) you are calling, refer
to the SOC Passcodes Table.)
3. Once you have initiated the blast call,
other participants can join the blast
line by pressing *1 twice.
4. To add more participants:
 press *1 to place the original
participants on hold
 press 1 then the area code and
phone number by the # sign
 press * then 1 to join yourself
and/or new participants.
Muting Calls - Chairperson

2. Release the call.
