• The evaluation findings are communicated with senior management and the
programme division /unit
• 及时就评估结果与机构管理层交流
• The recommendations are discussed with the programme managers

• Management response and an agreement on which recommendations are
accepted and to be implemented in new interventions
• 项目的负责人正式恢复与执行评估建议的协议和计划
• The implementation progress are monitored biannually and systematically

• The Evaluation Unit provides report on the status of the implementation and
key issues to the Senior Management Committee
