Art Club at Turner Center for the Arts (TCA)

Our monthly club gets our adults together for an exciting and social evening of art at the amazing Turner Center for the
Arts (www.turnercenterforthearts.org). Using TCA’s philosophy of “minimal touch,” the artist is guided and assisted as
necessary by highly experienced TCA facilitators, but is truly encouraged to create their own original masterpiece. All
abilities welcome. TCA provides all materials.
Art Masters

STAGES St. Louis instructors. Movement, music and dramatic skills are used by creating characters and stories while
building important motor and communication skills.

HEALTH, FITNESS AND FUN
Bike Club

Using patented Strider balance bikes, trikes or your child’s own two wheeler, children, teens and adults in this group learn
and practice riding with the goal of joining our annual bike camp, riding on his/her own and improving motor skills and
strength. This group is a fun, safe, supportive environment for children of all ages.

Healthy Start Day Program with Zumba

This program was designed to give adults a fun morning of healthy activities and creativity. Good for the mind, body and
soul. Healthy Start offers Zumba class, stretching and meditation, crafts and a make-yourself healthy lunch.
Lydia Faith Cox Memorial Bike Camp

Liberty Middle School, Edwardsville, MO
Participants 8 years and older learn to ride a two wheeled bike during their 75 minute a day, five day camp. In partnership
with the national iCan Shine program, children, teens and adults go from adaptive bikes to no training wheels over the
