APPOINTING A NON-RESIDENT AMBASSADOR
Having seen the Constitution; and
Law No. 21 of 1962 on Diplomatic Career & Consular Service and all amending laws
thereto; and
Pursuant to the proposal made by the First Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Foreign
Affairs ; and
After ratification by the Council of Ministers,
Hereby decides:
ARTICLE 1
Eiyada Mubarad Al Saeedi - the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to The Federal
Republic of Brazil - shall over and above his duties be appointed as a Non-resident
Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Guyana Cooperative Republic and
Bolivia Multinational State.
ARTICLE 2
The First Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this
Decree which shall be operative the date of its promulgation and it shall be published in
the Official Gazette.

Decree No. 38 of 2015 issuing the Executive Bylaw of the above Law No. 37 of 2010
organizing the privatization program and transactions; and
Law Decree No. 166 of 2015 transferring the supervision on the technical bureau of
privatization program; and
Decree No. 202 of 2015 establishing the technical bureau of privatization program; and
Pursuant to the proposal made by the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance;
