Agreement for Exhibit Space & Advertisement
Kansas Counseling Association 2015 State Convention
Topeka Capitol Plaza, KS - March 3rd & 4th 2016
This agreement is entered in this ___day of _________, 2015 between the Kansas Counseling Association, hereafter
referred to as KCA, and __________________________________ hereafter referred to as the Exhibitor.






For $100 an Exhibitor will receive one 6 foot table setup and two chairs Thursday, March 3, 2016.
For $150 an Exhibitor will receive a 6 foot table setup and two chairs Thursday and Friday, March 3-4, 2016.
For $50, an Exhibitor will receive a business card (2 in x 3.5 in) ad in the convention program.
For $100, an Exhibitor will receive a half page (4 in x 3.5 in) ad in the convention program.
For $150, an Exhibitor will receive a full page (4 in x 7 in) ad in the convention program.
For an additional $150, an Exhibitor may be recognized as a sponsor of a break or the President’s Reception
Additionally, we ask and hope that our exhibitors/vendors will contribute an item, gift card or business product to be used for
silent auctions and/ or door prizes. They can be delivered on the day you set up tables.
Reservations should be made by February 1, 2016 by forwarding a check or a purchase order along with the signed
enclosed contract. Checks and purchase orders should be made payable to Kansas Counseling Association; VISA and
MasterCard are also accepted. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the agreement and funds.
There is limited electrical outlets in the exhibit area. If you want guaranteed electrical access (other than to charge devices),
there will be an upcharge of $25.00 for an electrical strip. In addition, many exhibitors choose to advise members of their
presence prior to the convention, you may purchase a set of mailing labels for the approximately 400 members of KCA for
the sum of $50.00.
Exhibits may be set up anytime from 7:00 P.M.to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday evening before the conference or Thursday
morning from 6:30 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. Exhibits will be in the Shawnee Room. This is not a secure area and KCA will not be
responsible for anything left unattended. Exhibits should be dismantled by 3:00PM on Friday March 4, 2016.
