8. Are the provisions of the Order/Scheme compatible with the Convention
rights?
In my view the provisions are compatible with the Convention rights/I am
unable to say if the provisions are compatible with the Convention rights.*

Every request must be accompanied by:1. A letter from the RUC confirming their agreement with the proposed Order;
2. Evidence that the relevant district council has been advised;
3. An up-to-date map* (scale 1:1250 if possible) clearly indicating:
(i) all relevant street and road names;
(ii) the north point and scale;
(iii) the routes to be restricted in a distinctive colour; and
(iv) where relevant, alternative routes for traffic.
*Where a map is to be reproduced as part of an Experimental Traffic Control
Scheme document, evidence should be provided that OSNI has approved its
publication.
