Outdoor Space: Approximately 10’ x 10’ sq ft. Exhibitors to bring their own tent, chair and
tables. I have a couple of locations that might have electricity.
Costs: $50 for both days or $30 for one day. Food Vendors $100 for both days. No charge for
nonprofits, but need a signed contract.
Payment: must accompany this signed contract. There will be no refunds. Checks should be
payable to: Friends of Ridgefield NWR. Mail to: RNWR, c/o Jan Haig, PO Box 1022, Ridgefield

Set up: Saturday: Oct 3rd 8 am to 10am. Sunday: Oct 4th 9 am to 11am. Booths cannot be
vacated prior to closing time on either day. Assignments of space will not be until 10/2/2015
Exhibit Days and Hours: Saturday- October 3rd 10am to 5pm. Sunday October 4th 11am to 4pm

Birdfest 2015 Rules and Regulations
Rules and Regulations: No exhibitor shall assign or share the exhibit space without the written
consent of the Friends of RNWR. Alcoholic beverages of any kind are prohibited. Please be kind
when smoking and properly dispose of material. No food or beverages may be served or sold
without the permission of the Friends of RNWR. All vendors shall conduct business in
accordance with the all laws and high standards of business ethics. No pets are allowed, except
service animals.
Liability and Indemnities: Exhibitor’s use of space provided under this agreement shall be at
the exhibitor’s sole risk of all loss and damage whatsoever. The Friends of RNWR shall not be
liable or responsible of any loss, damage or injury resulting thereto. All claims of any such loss
are hereby waived by the Exhibitor. Exhibitors are advised to obtain insurance or cover exhibit
material against damage and loss and public liability insurance against injury to the person or
property of others.
Security: The Friends of Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge will exercise reasonable care for the
protection of the Exhibitor’s materials and displays, but the Exhibitor assumes all obligations of
risk or loss at all times.
Authorized signatures: The Exhibitor, named above, acknowledges the rules, regulations and
legal implications of this entire contract. This contract is legally binding between the Exhibitor
and the Friends of RNWR according to the terms and conditions specified herein upon its
written acceptance by the Friends of RNWR. This constitutes the entire agreement between the
Exhibitor and the Friends of RNWR and no other agreements would be deemed to exist or
binding by either party. Any and all changes to this agreement must be in writing and approved
by the Friends of RNWR. The Friends of RNWR reserve the right to cancel this agreement at any
time for any reason.
