Problem: Determine the maiden name of Barbara Deierlein and town in Bavaria before emigration to
Michigan. Most documents list her husband’s name and her first name. Some say Raustock or
Ronstock and two others Brendel. Based on age at marriage and first child, it is not likely that she was
previously married. Both surnames are found in Bavaria. This is my mitochondrial line.
