Help others by sharing your experience! The Cancer Support Community (CSC), in partnership with the Association of Community Cancer Centers, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Oncology Nursing Society, Stupid Cancer, and the Ulman Fund for Young Adults, is seeking young adult volunteers to share their experience of living with acute lymphocytic leukemia (A.L.L). CSC is also seeking volunteers to share their experience of caring for a young adult diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia. Stories will be captured on video and photo, and will be incorporated into various CSC programs. The video and photo shoot will take place on Saturday, September 26th at the Cancer Support Community headquarters office located at 1050 17th Street NW, Suite 500 Washington, DC 20036. Volunteers should anticipate about two hours onsite. Food will be provided as well as a $50 gift card in appreciation of each volunteers’ time.
