Talk to Eightnorthern Pueblo about using there canvas
Need tax ID#
Need trucks to get canvas day before event
-Pam has a flatbed trailer to hall tarps to & from event
Chrystal is working on tables & chairs- hospital may help with tables & chairs
Create spreadsheet to track & complete task for event
Create a map for booths, farmers, etc.
Veronica & Stephanie will create a list of things that need to be done
Create goodie bags for kids
Diana- contact National Guard to have Rock Wall for event
Talk to Shawna about having a car show at event
Flyer will be out ASAP waiting on parking lot approval 1st
Need Donation letter
Diana- Find out if Farmers Market can participate and have EBT scanner available
Veronica & Stephanie will work on event being displayed on display board, donations &
music band
Pam- getting wireless Mic
Consents will be done at entrance of event, those that don’t want their pics used will
have a different color sticker?
Distribute info about booths open to community
Need an RSVP from vendors/booths everyone gets a map before event
Intern will help as much as they can throughout the day
Assign people to be at different booths
Vaccinations? (Chrystal will contact El Centro)
Need Comfort station
Carseat safety (Diana/Hope will contact them)NMDOT
Food- Super Save vouchers, Pizza Hut donations, other food donations. Someone will
be at the food booth (healthier choices). Ask for donations of beans & chili for frito piesAngelina’s? La Cocina?,
Artists- Can they donate items for raffle?
Speakers- Jessica (BOMH?), OB Doctors (Introductions?), Dottie, Nicolle Gonzales,
Karen Thomas, A mom, NMBFTF Person-rights of a breastfeeding mother to speak, Dr

Theme- Returning to work/school, (Hope-who is our liaison?)

Apply for stipend with NMBFTF once we have a DATE & TIME for event
