ROLE DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE:


To provide assistance to the Therapy team on Dufferin Ward.
To assist the Therapy team in the coordination and organization of therapy equipment.
TASKS AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:









Liaising with patients regarding class times and standard exercises
Transporting patients from rooms to the gym for their classes
Prompting patients with completing their exercises
Pairing and labeling sticks and crutches and checking expiry dates.
Labeling new equipment.
Keeping folders of forms stocked up.
Organizing paperwork (including photocopying).
Filing
Tidying store cupboards and managing stock levels.
