Welcome: Irena Liddell, Executive Officer, Northside Community Forum Inc.
Renee Koonan – Organisational Sustainability
Teresa Petric: Hunter Access Point Project Manager
Have outcomes improved for clients; positives aspects of the model; where the model
could be developed further; the philosophy behind the model; if it is rolled out across
NSW or Australia – can the model be modified to meet local or regional communities?
Tirrania Suhood Voice of SONG and Bridges Project will speak about the
collaborative model for community organisations
Janice Poynton, Executive Officer, Hunters Hill Ryde Community Services Inc: Will
speak on the amalgamation process their organisation went through with 3
organisations. Why amalgamate; Barriers; Challenges & Strengths; How was it
approached; Advice to others; Conceptual & Practical challenges
Julie Anderson will present research that will provide tools and processes to HACC
services in Northern Sydney to explore organisational amalgamation and co-location
options.

The Northside Community Forum AGM will take place at North Sydney Leagues club in
the afternoon.
