Stephen is the Vice President, Human Resources for Day & Zimmermann Engineering, Construction and
Maintenance (ECM), a leading provider of total plant lifecycle solutions for the power, process and industrial markets. DZECM is a business unit of Day and Zimmermann (D&Z), a family-owned company specializing in construction & engineering, staffing and defense operating from 150 worldwide locations with 23,000 employees.
Stephen joined D&Z in 2009 as a Director of HR and was quickly promoted to Vice President of HR for
DZECM. In his current role, he leads a team of professionals responsible for delivering HR services to employees throughout a network of strategic locations.
Stephen brings a broad array of experience from a variety of industries including utilities, pharmaceutical, telecommunication, insurance and construction. During his HR career he has worked in variety of leadership and generalist role. Prior to joining Day & Zimmermann, Stephen worked in a number of organizations, including: Exelon Corp., AstraZeneca, CIGNA, Media One and Barr
Laboratories.
He received his B.A. from Loyola University of New Orleans and his M.S.W. from Smith College.
