Anne Ricker, together with her partner Bill Cunningham, established their practice in February 1993 after working in the real estate division of an international accounting firm. As seasoned professionals, Anne and Bill have become trusted advisors to their clients, both public and private. With extensive experience in real estate market analysis, urban redevelopment and vision building, Anne is frequently engaged in bridging the dialogue between the public and private sectors. Bill specializes in designing financing strategies for public private partnerships that meet the needs of a range of investor and stakeholder audiences. While working at Laventhol & Horwath (L&H), they managed teams working with the FSLIC and Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) to identify solutions for problem assets. This session will focus on explaining their interdependence and how a community’s land use and product mix impacts service levels and its financial health.
