You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting, prior to that of Full Council, of the
Planning Committee of the Long Melford Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 18th
November 2014 at 6.45 pm in the Library, Hall Street for the purpose of transacting the
following business.
Any Councillors unable to attend and wishing for their reason to be approved are
requested to inform me in writing by noon on the day of the meeting.

1. Suspension of Standing Orders, Paragraph 1l
To suspend paragraph 1l of the Standing Orders relating to photographing,
recording, broadcasting or transmitting proceedings of the meeting
