


Analysis the sub contractor’s performance rating in every month according to the project schedule.

Additional Responsibilities to Prepare the Monthly Report, Weekly Report, Daily Report, Lifting
Plan, Method of Statement, Invoice Claim (Client) and Invoice Certified (Contractor).

Ensuring correct reporting of project status to the management and Assigning, monitoring task to
site staff & reporting the same to GM and VP

Ensuring Safety Work Permit System & Quality Management System as per the company standards.
