Grammar Book- Español 2 Honores
For the Mid-Term and Final Exam Review you will create your own Grammar Book on PowerPoint. This is
something that you will update as new concepts are learned. You can save it and always have a copy for
your future Spanish Journeys. (Students in Spanish 3 say it helped them so much)
These are the Grammar Concepts we have learned so far this semester. You will make a slide for each
concept and include a table of contents at the beginning so that they are easy to find when you need
them. For each slide, please include an explanation of the concept, a visual, and an example of how it is
used (in Spanish) Feel free to use more than 1 slide per concept if you need!
1. Stem-changing Verbs (Boot verbs) o to ue (dormir and poder) / e-I (pedir and servir)
2. Gustar and Verbs like Gustar (Include gustar, encantar, faltar, interesar) –Explain IOPs
(me,te,le,nos,os,les)
3. Affirmative and Negative Words (algo/nada, alguien/nadie, alguno/ninguno) and the use of the
double negative in Spanish.)
4. How to make Superlativos con ísimo (Note spelling changes and when to use “císimo”)
5. Reflexive Verbs – Regular Conjugations (When do you use the Infinitive Construction)
6. Affirmative COMMANDS –REGULAR and Irregular (pronoun placement)
7. Negative Tú Commands- Regular and Irregular (pronoun placement)
