I did not catch everyone's name, so if one of you could fill in the missing people. Thanks Barbie Barbara Jones, RN, BSN Women's Care Center Barbara.Jones2@uch.edu I was hoping you would be on the committee. Thanks, when we get together we will talk about what we want it to look like. For sure we want people to be mentors to newer nurses. -----Original Message----From: Jones, Barbara M - RN Sent: Tuesday, January 03, 2012 4:10 PM To: Mitrovka, Andrea Subject: RE: New Women and Infants' Perinatal Loss Committee Andrea - I would like to be on this committee. Barbie Barbara Jones, RN, BSN Women's Care Center Barbara.Jones2@uch.edu -----Original Message----From: Anttila, Cherie Sent: Tue 1/3/2012 3:48 PM To: UCH-NICU Staff All; UCH-Women and Infants Staff All; UCH-Birthing Center Staff All; Strickland, Todd M Subject: New Women and Infants' Perinatal Loss Committee Hello All, We would like to invite all interested nurses to join a departmental-wide committee that will also include a Chaplain and nurses from Children's Hospital NICU to focus on the specialized care of infants in palliative and end-of-life care. Our ultimate plan will be to meet quarterly but in the new stages of the committee's development we would meet every other month, beginning on Monday, February 20 at 0730 am. We encourage all shifts to participate to promote seamless care delivery. Committee members will become the resource Champions for their unit and shift. Please e mail Andrea Mitrovka, Perinatal Loss Cooridinator, or Cherie Anttila, NICU Charge RN. We will provide a light breakfast! PS this is a good opportunity to participate on a hospital-wide committee for credit in your performance evaluation :)
