COURSE OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this seminar the participant
will be able to:
1. Discuss the trends in the use of donor human
milk in the NICU.
2. List at least 3 challenges facing not-for-profit
human milk banking in the next decade.
3. Describe the HM4HB online milk sharing model.
4. Outline the main concerns of mothers who
donate and who obtain donor human milk.

World Breastfeeding Week
August 1-7 each year is World Breastfeeding Week
(WBW). The theme this year is “Breastfeeding: A
Winning Goal – For Life!”.
Target Audience: Physicians, Nurse
CONFERENCE FEE:
The registration fee is $60. SDCBC
members, residents and students may register
for $50.
Free parking is available in the parking deck
across the street on Children’s Way. The
registration fee includes: a continental
breakfast, break refreshments, SDCBC Resource
Guides, and a breastfeeding supportive lanyard
and retractable badge holder.

Lactation Consultants, WIC associates, Dieticians
and others interested in supporting mothers in
their breastfeeding goals.

This CME Activity meets the requirements
