The objectives of this study are to: Know the costs of renovation actions for public buildings and the savings realised thanks to these actions, Analyse the trends and obstacles to renovation, so as to propose actions for the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive, Highlight the improvements in terms of the energy efficiency of local authorities on their building stock.
