Schedule commencement and completion dates for data collection
 Data entry can be time consuming. Do not plan audits for the last week of
September. Audits must be uploaded to the NIMC Audit User System by
30/09/2014.
Calculate audit sample size

Allocate resources to complete audits

Decide on data collection tool for use throughout the data collection period

Pilot data collection methods using audit tools
 To minimise inter-auditor variability during data collection, pilot testing is
