Key Contributions:
1. Software Development:
a) Designed and Developed Human Machine Interface (HMI) based on functionality requirement
b) Designed, Developed and Implemented GUI based a display software using Qt/C++ for Imaging Radar.
c) Developed a 3D Display software using Qt/C++ frame working for Imaging radar.
d) Designed and Developed Radar Controller Software (RCN), RCN performs real time data interactions
with several other subsystems.
2. Establishing test setup and experimentation
I have established test setup using antenna array, switch matrix and Vector Network Analyzer (VNA). My
contributions were:
i. Calibration, initial parameters setting for VNA
ii. Cabling of antenna
iii.
Capturing multiple sweeps data, processing and analysis using the test setup with different targets at
different down-ranges through different walls
iv. Data capturing for different targets placed at different cross-ranges and down-ranges for imaging.
v. Capturing data using VNA and Spectrum Analyzer through different walls for estimating wall attenuation
This setup and experimentation was used for study, analysis and concept proving in the initial stages of
project.
3. Documentations
I have contributed for the compilation, generation and modification Software Requirements Document (SRD),
Software Design Document (SDD), Software Test Report (STP) and Interface Design Document (IDD).

An Integrated Receiver and Decoder (IRD) is an electronic device used to pick-up a radio-frequency signal and
convert digital information transmitted in it The interfacing between the main system and other components like
LCD and Key scanner is done with a 8051 microcontroller. RS 232 communication standard is used for the serial
communication.
