Provide professional-level support to the Vice President of Academic Affairs in identification,
analysis, and reporting of measures of institutional effectiveness. Develop and maintain
institutional databases including collecting and entering data and generating reports. Monitor and
report progress on strategic planning goals, analyzing trends and benchmarking performance
against peer institutions. Provide institutional support in researching, developing and
implementing departmental and general education student learning outcomes assessments.
Respond to external reporting requirements and requests, including IPEDS and all “college
guide” surveys. Perform data manipulation, statistical analysis and external reporting. Coordinate
and maintain a schedule of campus assessment activities.
Evaluation Consultant - NJ Pediatric Council on Research and Education
2002-2005
Set up two ongoing projects to address child abuse, lead exposure, immunization, and
developmental guidance. Projects included design and testing of questionnaires to establish
current procedures in pediatric practices, knowledge and opinions of a range of practitioners
prior to training sessions, participant evaluation of training sessions, post-training assessment of
practitioner knowledge and attitudes, and followup modules. Projects also included
establishment of data entry programs and procedures, data entry and analysis, and interim and
final reports on each element.
Data Analyst - Center for Mental Health Services & Criminal Justice Research, Rutgers

Performed extensive data analysis in research on prison inmate mental health status and inmate
needs upon reentry to community. Implemented SPSS data entry and MS Access interview
tracking systems for long term interviewing on sex offender community supervision studies.
Established data management systems and protocols. Assisted in grant proposal preparation.

2001 - 2002
Prepared project bids and proposals for the NJ Department of Health and Social Services (the
grant administrator) and the NJ Pediatric Council on Research and Education (grantee). During
course of project, assisted in development of questionnaires addressing Childcare Health and
Safety; performed data entry and analysis of returned surveys; prepared interim and final reports
of results. Also provided detailed analysis of project design and recommendations for future
research efforts.

Assisted in research projects on Adult Medical Day Care and on Community Choice options for
nursing home residents. Tracked respondents and interviewers through multiple wave survey,

database to assist tracking of interviewing efforts. Supervised and facilitated SPSS data entry

edited, and compiled summaries of foundation characteristics and funding profiles. Performed
