YQJ series vortex flow pulverizer
One, use and characteristics
The machine is applied in chemical industry, medicine,
dye, coating, pesticide, metallurgy, tobacco, food, feed,
plastic, plant fiber, reclaimed rubber industry low to
moderate hardness material comminution.
The machine features are as follows:
1 the machine is a vertical reflection type crusher in the
crushing chamber, a grading device, the crushed materials
under the action of the air flow, the grading device and
collection, classification device instead of the usual
disintegrator screen, can be completed at the same time
fine crushing and powder separation of two processes,
crushing efficiency is high.
2 is provided with an air flow adjusting valve and the grading
wheel of stepless speed regulator, no downtime can adjust
product size, and the fine powder can be completely
recovered, no pollution of the environment.
3 the machine with cooling function, crushed when the
