basement parking for 1400 cars. 130,196.square meters consisting of four tower blocks of between 22 – 28 floors and one
basement. With a workforce of 1500+, this project comprises of 700 apartments for sale and ancillary accommodation high
end residential units and retail. It also consists of a communal swimming pool for adults and separate pool for children. A
club house, fitness centre, spa and sauna, landscape gardens, Library, kinder garden, convention centre, medical clinic,
restaurants,
Park City Urban Development (Confidential) Project Director of Urban Development consisting of 70 Hectares of
infrastructure, 12 high rise towers, 10 phases of villas, consisting of 172 villas in each phase, roads, drainage, sewage
treatment plant, with a workforce of over 1350+. Main focus on the provision of project management services to a joint
venture between a Malaysian and Vietnamese company. Phase 1 well under way as is the infrastructure package. Retail Park

Water Mark Residential Complex Project—($21 million) Project Director with main focus on the provision of project
management services, relating to Resort & Commercial Development high end Real Estate/Property Management, and IPP
sector from initial design, pre-bid to development and operational level. Close liaison with fund managers (PFI) to ensure
optimum protection on P&L accountability, business development & provision of professional management services to
clients. 18 storey high and residential apartments, over a retail mall, with residential communal swimming pool, gymnasium,
bank, etc. 2 storey underground car park for cars and motorbikes. Preparation of Bid documents for this large construction
