Tessa: Welcome to the Hogwarts news show at 9. Hi I’m
Hermine Granger reporting here today with my co-anchor
Jenny Weasly.
Allison: Hello everyone today there has been a terrible
tradgedy. The Voldemort earthquake has hit hogwarts
education center today. So far it has killed 100 people
including are very handsome young smart boy Harry
Potter. We will miss him dearly. Let’s have a moment of
silence for Mr.Potter.
Tessa: The earthquake happened because two tectonic
plates crashed into eachother. These tectonic plates have
been found recently under the Hogwarts education center
for wizards, after the spell that Voldemort himself cast on
the plates to crash together.
Allison: Since ancient times, people have noticed that
animals act strangely just before an earthquake. Some of
the students reported that their pets and other animals
such as Mr. Potter’s famous Hedwig owl started acting
strangely before the earthquake hit.
Tessa: Yes, Jenny the students said the animals started
eating way more than they usually eat and started running
around everywhere crazily.
Allison: WARNING!!!!! If you are outside hogwarts right
now stay away from big buildings and power lines because
earthquakes can make buildings fall, tear roads apart,
destroy bridges. They also cause fires and tsunamis. NOT
EVEN THE MAGIC CAN SAVE YOU!
Tessa: Also stay away from the bottom of Hogwarts
because the Voldemort earthquake occured at the plate
boundary under Hogwarts. This plate boudary is where
earth’s crust subducted into the earth’s mantle. That is
typically where the deepest earthquakes occur. SO MAKE
SURE TO STAY AWAY!!!!
Tessa: And now let’s take it to the field where Dumbledore
will be reporting from The Hogwarts Castle.
Dalton: Hello everyone. As you can see the voldemort
earthquake hit Hogwarts today. The voldemort earthquake
is the most dangerous earthquake of all. It is a mixture of
all the types of dangerous earthquakes. It includes tectonic
earthquakes, which is the most common type of
earthquake, Collapse earthquakes, which are small
earthquakes that occur underground, explosion
earthquakes, which occur from a result of necular and
chemical devises and when they explode, and volcanic
earthquakes, which occur in conjuction with volcanic
activity. Also the most amazing thing happened at
Hogwarts today. The volemort earthquake was also
included a moonquake. A moonquake is an earthquake
that usually happens on the moon but have smaller
magnitudes than earhquakes on earth. It was also included
in the Voldemort earthquake because Voldemort casted a
spell upon a moonquake to make it be included with the
Volemort earthquake.
Miss Hamilton:( Start shaking camera)
Dalton: ( Act like an aftershock is happening and freaking
out.) AWWWWWWWWWWWWW looks like there is an
after shock coming An aftershock is a smaller earthquake
that follows a bigger earthquake in the same area. (act like
there is a building falling and run away and trip)
OWWWWWW! Back to you Jenny and Hermione.
Allison: OH NO!!!!!! poor Dumbledore that’s gunna leave a
mark.
Tessa: Well anyways thank you dumbledore for those
informative facts. Jenny, how strong did the scientists
report this earthquake was?
Allison: The scientists reported that the magnitude of the
voldemore earthquake was 10.3, on the richter scale. Thats
the highest magnitude of an earthquake ever recorded in
history. No wonder Harry didn’t make it.
Tessa: Jenny, what is the Richter scale?
Allison: It is the scale that an earthquakes magnitude is
based on how fast the ground moves at a seismic station.
Tessa: Oh Interesting!
Allison: Yes it is!
Tessa: Do you think that the big thunderstorm we had
yesterday had anything to do with the earthquake?
Allison: I do believe so because before an earthquake hits
the weather can be very cold, hot, or rainy.
Tessa: Interesting! Well anyways I think we should go
check up on Dumbledore out in the feilds
Dalton: (On the ground look dead) OHHHHHHHHHHH!
Tessa: Well I think we better get him some help. Does
anybody know a good spell?
Allison: Actually I do!
Tessa: Great do you think that you could help him?
Allison: Sure I’ll cast the spell to travel though the camera
and send it out to Dumbeldore’s location.
Allison: (fake wand) Liferomous!!!!!
Tessa: Dumbledore?
Dalton: (Jump up) Alright I’m up I’m up!
Allison: Awesome!!
Tessa: Yes now Jenny put your wand away, you know that
there is no wands allowed on set.
Allison: Ok I’m sorry! (Throw wand away)
Tessa: Well sadly that is all the time we have for tonight!
