Preview Day Activity
Description
Pick up Enrollment
Verification Packet
When you receive the packet, please check all information carefully. Student must sign the first page.
Parent/Guardian must sign the first and last page. Completed forms can be turned in before leaving
Preview Days or once school resumes. Please verify your home address and email.
Review List of Fines/Fees
You will receive a list of any library fines or unpaid fines/fees. If any fines or fees remain unpaid or
unresolved, you will not receive your class schedule until the first day of school.
Pick up Back-to-School Info
Important information about Sunset events, activities, and organizations.
Return Books
Return books and textbooks to clear library fines.
Pick up Class Schedules
All Fines/Fees must be cleared to pick up your schedule during Preview Days. Students will
check out textbooks when school starts in September.
Submit Schedule Issues
(only for limited reasons)
Forms are available to list issues with student schedules. All students will receive a new schedule on
the first day of school that will reflect any changes made by counselors after Preview Days.
Request a Locker
Once all single lockers have been assigned, additional locker assignments will be made in pairs.
To request a shared locker, please come prepared with both students’ names and ID numbers.
Request ParentVue Login
Personalized login code and login instructions to access your student’s attendance and grades
Use a Computer
Pay some fees online; Complete a Volunteer Background Check; Apply for Meal Benefits;
Set up a free Email Account

Please consider paying all fines/fees during Preview Days.
Pre-pay for Yearbooks
Cost is $60.00. (Price increases after December 18.) Yearbooks are distributed in June.

Buy ASB Emblem
For $20.00, an emblem is imprinted on a student's ID card. Benefits include free admission to all
home games and athletic events and a discounted price for all Sunset dances. If you purchase an
ASB emblem after your ID card is printed, you must pay $5.00 for your ID card to be reprinted.

Take School Pictures;
Get ID Cards
All students will have their picture taken for an ID card and for the yearbook at no cost.
Please bring a completed order form (enclosed) if you wish to purchase school pictures.
You will pick up your ID card immediately after your picture is taken.

Participation Fee: $225.00. Activity Fee: $85.00. Family Pass: $60.00

Buy Sunset merchandise (a variety of clothing, socks, scarves, pennants, phone covers, etc.), make a
donation, purchase a student directory for $5.00, or sign up to volunteer with Sunset’s PTO.

Purchase Grad Party Tickets
or a raffle ticket for a
Sunset-themed basket
Purchase a Senior Grad Party ticket for $70.00 (prices go up to $80 starting September 12th) or a
Sunset-themed raffle basket ticket for $5.00 (perfect for any student). Proceeds support a safe, drugfree and alcohol-free party following the graduation ceremony. Go to
