O&M Nelamangala Junction on NH-4 with NH-48 to Devihalli Km 28.200 to km 110.000
Inspection Report for the Month of December 2015
The site was inspected by Independent Engineer along with the representative of the concessionaire on
9th and 27th November 2015. The following defects/deficiencies in the project highway were noticed.

Median Cleaning is required at the following locations
Ch: 95+600 to 99+000, 105+000 to 107+000.

Solar Blinkers are not working at the following locations
Ch:39+800(Nelamangala Side),84+400(Devihalli Side),106+700(Devihalli Side),107+600(Both side )

Unauthorized median openings are observed at Ch:79+900, 97+100 and 97+790 ,

Bus shelter Sitting slab is damaged at Ch:-RHS:-106+700(Service road).

Unauthorized Sign board (Coffee Day) is observed in Ch: RHS:-89+300.

Cleaning is required in the bus shelter location at CH: LHS: 42+600(S.R)

Median Cleaning is required at the following locations
CH: 41+000 to 43+000, 60+000 to 61+000, 93+500 to 94+800.

Bushes and vegetation are found in shoulder portion at CH: 30+000 to 30+200(LHS).

Bushes and unwanted vegetation are found in following ROW locations at
CH: LHS: 32+450 to 32+550, 37+000to 38+000, 63+600 to 64+100, 97+800 to 98+600,
CH: RHS : 97+800 to 98+600.

Garbage was observed at the locations CH: LHS: 28+400 (S.R), 45+900. CH: RHS: 61+500

Missing of median plantation was observed at CH: 70+500 to 72+000 and 95+000 to 97+000.

Parapet wall is damage of minor bridge at CH: 85+900 (Median Site).

Solar blinker was not working in the CH: 87+250. (Nelamangala side)
The concessionaire was instructed to cure the defects & deficiencies of the project highway
within the stipulated time period as per the provision of maintenance manual and concession
agreement.
