 Once you have registered, you will receive an emailed follow-up message from an On Co-op staff member. This message will confirm your order details and the
grand total. You must reply to that email. (For multiple students, this message will only be sent to the person placing the order.)
 Credit card processing will take place AFTER we receive your confirmation email.
 After your credit card has been processed, each student will receive an individual email with the following information:
- Confirmation of Payment (sent only to whomever ordered if multiple students)
- Unique log-in information
- LMS quick guide
- Course pack tracking number from Purolator
Once your password (s) has been sent, there are NO REFUNDS POSSIBLE FOR ANY REASON. Passwords cannot be shared among students.
ABOUT THE E-LEARNING PROGRAM






Once you receive your unique password, you have 24/7/365 access from the comfort of your home or work computer for up to 12 months from the date your credit card was
approved. Review material and go back to past lessons at any time. This password cannot be used by anyone else.
Components of each e-course vary, but may include readings, selections from printed books/articles, videos and self-directed exercises, quizzes or reflective assignments.
Each Co-op e-Learning course can be completed in about seven to ten hours, approximately 2-3 hours of which will be spent online. Courses can be taken in any combination or
order, allowing you to tailor learning to your needs.
The courses and lessons are not moderated. Exercises and assignments are not graded but provide a method for students to self-evaluate their learning.
High speed internet access is recommended.
The e-Learning courses and all materials/ instructions/support are presented in English only.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH E-LEARNING PACKAGE




Individual access to the online course(s) you have subscribed to for up to one year.
Self-directed quizzes, reflective assignments and other methods of reinforcing your knowledge.
A printed course pack, including reading materials and other resources applicable far beyond the actual course. There is no extra charge for the course pack, and no shipping or
handling fees when shipping to an Ontario mailing address.
Assistance in familiarization of the computerized learning environment.
