Programme & Invited Speakers NOW ON THE WEB! Abstract Submission Deadline – 2 May, 2014 Earlybird Registration Deadline – 2 May, 2014 Full details of the programme for the exciting and scientifically rewarding 18th International Biophysics Congress, are now available at the Congress website. This Congress is the ideal opportunity to hear top international biophysicists from around the world, including Nobel Laureate Brian Kobilka, and a range of outstanding plenary lecturers. Once sated by biophysics take a rest from the Congress by viewing some outstanding examples of Australian indigenous art at the nearby Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA), home of the Asia-Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art, or take in a show at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC). GoMA and QPAC are both only 5 minutes walk from the conference venue. The Congress will be held in Brisbane, Australia on 3 – 7 August 2014 and will provide a unique opportunity to visit Australia. Brisbane is located in the heart of Australia's premier tourist region, which includes outstanding beaches as well as World Heritage sites such as the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest and Fraser Island. Click here to visit the website for more details. Registration and Abstract Submissions Abstracts should be submitted using the conference abstract lodgement system. Please click here for further details on submitting your abstract.
