Conflicts of interest: All speakers should include on a title slide, and in their manuscript: - Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest, commercial or otherwise - Acknowledgement of all funding sources for any work presented, institutional and/or corporate affiliations. Evaluation: - All teaching courses will be routinely evaluated including data on quality, attendance, technical issues, problems that arise and suggestions for future topics. - Formative questions may be redistributed to attendees at a later date to assess learning and retention. - Evaluation results will be used by teaching course directors/the congress programme committee to inform decisions for future courses, including consideration of individual chairpersons, speakers and topics. Benefits Annual congress: for invited speakers at educational activities we are pleased to offer free registration to the annual congress and up to three nights hotel accommodation, as well as a travel grant (European speakers: depending on country of residence; colleagues from overseas: up to EUR 1,000.--). Travel/accommodations support may vary for educational activities outside the annual congress, and will be specified on a case-by-case basis at the time of inviting speakers. Lecturers who do not provide requested course materials (e.g. manuscripts, pdfs of presentations, reading/reference lists) will not receive any reimbursement.
