(if we get enough competitors we will split novice and masters divisions otherwise they will be
combined)
Entry Fee: $45 cash or check postmarked by June 30th. $55 July 1st and August 21st
Final date for entry’s August 21st (Entry Fee is non-refundable)
Awards:
1st Trophy’s 2-3rd in each weight class will receive a plaque.

Last Man Standing Max Log C & P: Each athlete must take every weight. 60 second time limit to
complete each lift. Judge will give “down” signal once the weight is steady, head is
through, elbows, and knees and hips are locked and the feet are parallel. No built up belts. (No resting log on the
belt or head. Chalk only)

Yoke walk 50 ft- 60 sec. time limit, unlimited drops: Athletes will have 60 sec. to
complete. Yoke will start behind the line and entire implement must cross finish. (chalk,
belts, elbow and knee sleeves ok. NO tacky or liquid grip)

Truck Pull-arm over arm 50 ft 60 sec. time limit: Athlete will have 60 sec. to pull truck
from start to finish line at 50 ft. bumper will finish at 50 ft. mark. (chalk, belt, elbow and

Axle Deadlift for reps 60 sec. time limit: athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as
many reps as they can. Up and Down Calls. No bouncing. You will get one warning,
then no reps after that. (chalk, belts, elbow and knee sleeves, and wrist straps ok. No
suits or briefs)

Stone over bar- 60 sec. over 48in. 2 pts for heavier stone, 1 pt for lighter: athlete will
have 60 seconds to get the stone over the bar as many times as possible. 2pts for
heavier stone, 1 pt for lighter stone. (belts, chalk, tacky, elbow and knee sleeves ok)

with any sporting contest result in injury.

LLC. from any and all liabilities that may arise or be incurred by NAS AND Silverback Strength &
Performance through the Athlete’s participation in any event and/or competition organized or licensed
by or for and on the behalf of NAS, Jamie Hantke and Edge Strength and Conditioning LLC.
The Athlete fully understands and accepts that events and competitions of
Strength athletics involves physical exertion. The Athlete shall not enter nor
continue in any event or competition unless medically and physically fit enough to do so and by any
event or competition the Athlete shall warrant the same and hold , NAS, Jamie Hantke and Edge
Strength and Conditioning LLC. free from any and all liability.
The Athlete warrants that he has read and fully understood the, NAS Jamie Hantke and Edge Strength
and Conditioning LLC. Health Policy and agrees to comply with the same and hold , NAS Jamie Hantke
and Edge Strength and Conditioning LLC., free from any and all liability in respect of , NAS Jamie

The Athlete expressly releases, NAS Jamie Hantke and Edge Strength and Conditioning LLC., and its
employees, servants, agents, designees and appointees from any and all actions, claims, liabilities, loss,
costs or expense which may arise whether directly or indirectly from participation in any , NAS Jamie
Hantke and Edge Strength and Conditioning LLC. event or competition including but not limited to
injury and the implementation of the , NAS Jamie Hantke and Edge Strength and Conditioning LLC.
