Multiple drops allowed. Suits, briefs, knee wraps, sleeves are allowed. Females will start at 10ft, and Males will start at 12 ft. The bar will move one foot for the first two increases, and then 6 inches after that. Allowed one miss per height! Event 5: Deadlift conventional max Athletes shall have three attempts, with each attempt having a 60 second time limit. A successful lift is necessary to continue. 10 lbs. minimum next attempt. Knee wraps, knee sleeves, chalk, belt, and wrist straps allowed. Hitching is allowed. NO SUITS OR HOOKS. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at anytime in connection therewith.
