2015 A.R.E. Design Awards Finalists Announced
Winners to be recognized at March 24th awards ceremony
Hollywood, FL –A.R.E. (the Association for Retail Environments) has announced 65 finalists in the 2015 A.R.E. Design Awards, the
industry’s largest and most prestigious retail environments awards program.
“With a record number of entries, this year’s competition was the toughest yet,” said Todd Dittman, Executive Director of A.R.E., the
international not-for-profit trade organization representing the retail environments industry. “Our stalwart judges spent several long
days last week studying a record number of impressive projects, and the finalists can be proud to have passed their scrutiny.”
The winners will be announced March 24 at A.R.E.’s 44 th annual Design Awards ceremony during GlobalShop in Las Vegas. Las
Vegas entertainer Heather Burdette will emcee the evening, as winners are honored before an audience of 500 or more industry
leaders.
A record number of awards will be presented -- including Gold Awards in all categories, Visual Presentation of the Year, Sustainable
Project of the Year, Fixture of the Year, Individual Element Awards, design:retail’s Markopoulos Award and A.R.E.'s Merriman
Above & Beyond Award, and the highly coveted Store of the Year.
