THE LARGEST AGRICULTURAL OUTDOOR EXHIBITION IN EUROPE
International Agricultural Exhibition AGRO SHOW has been organised by the Polish
Chamber of Commerce for Agricultural Machines and Facilities since 1999. At each
successive edition we introduce numerous improvements and novelties, so each person
interested in this sector can find something of interest here. For years AGRO SHOW has been
perceived as an excellent place for presenting the latest and the cutting-edge agricultural
machines and appliances. This is also a comprehensive exhibition, where manufacturers of
fertilisers, seeds, plant protection agents, companies from the financial and other agriculturerelated sectors present their range. Thus during the 4 days of the Exhibition, farmers coming
to AGRO SHOW have an opportunity to become acquainted with a complete range of
manufacturing resources and services for agriculture. They can also meet directly with
representatives of all important institutions and agencies associated with agriculture. We are
proud to see that AGRO SHOW has become a platform for expanding knowledge, exchange
ideas, contacts and experience. The main assets of the Exhibition include its modern and
dynamic form, extensive support in the industry, and its location.
PRESENTATIONS OF MACHINES
Against other exhibitions in this sector, AGRO SHOW is distinguished by the open space 120ha at the Bednary airport - offering almost limitless possibilities for presentations of
machines. We have as much as 150 thousand m2 of the exhibition area at our disposal!
Therefore, we can offer our exhibitors an opportunity not only to present their agricultural
machines and facilities at standard stands, but also to present them at work. The Polish
Chamber of Commerce for Agricultural Machines and Facilities was the first in Poland to
introduce presentations of machines outdoors. Quickly they have become the most spectacular
part of the Exhibition, organised cyclically. This is the only place where you can see selected
machines from a relevant product group and check yourself how they work in field.
Numerous presentations in fields and a specially prepared ring are organised during AGRO
SHOW. Each year, fans of technical and technological novelties are surprised by machine
producers, striving to present operating machines in a spectacular way and organise a great
show, involving a commentary by a moderator.
This year the form of machine shows and presentation will be slightly amended. Apart from
traditional presentations of sprayers and loaders in the ring, the following presentations will
also be held:
PRESENTATION OF PLOUGHS
The show will consist of two parts. The first one will be held in the ring, where machines
registered for the presentation will be shown to the visitors. This part will be accompanied by
a professional commentary. Then all ploughs will move to small individual fields of 20x100
m2 and there they presentation will continue. Here each interested farmer can ask themselves
about machine details, see it from up close, check applied technical solutions, and see it at
work.
PRESENTATION OF TRACTORS IN THE MAIN RUNWAY
Another novelty in presentation of machines at AGRO SHOW 2015 is a presentation of
tractors in the main runway. It will replace previous static exhibitions of these machines at
that place. This year, tractors of 140KM–160KM will be presented. Each will park at a small
area of 10x10m2. Every day, tractor presentations will be held at specified times, during
which they will be professionally described by a moderator. During a presentation an operator
can start an engine and perform simple manoeuvres within the designated field. This year
presentations will include machines from Case, Claas, Kubota, New Holland, Valtra and
other.
COMPETITIONS
We strongly promote education and sharing of professional knowledge. During AGRO
SHOW finals of whole-Poland PIGMIUR competitions are held, including "Medal-worthy
Mechanic", "Medal-worthy Young Mechanic" and "Medal-worthy Service", as well as other
competitions and plebiscites organised by government agencies associated with agriculture.
Also this year, the finals of the "Medal-worthy Mechanic" and "Medal-worthy Young
Mechanic" will be held on Friday, the first day of the Exhibition. After the finals, the winners
will be announced and the prizes presented in all three competitions organised by the
Chamber.
Traditionally, the 13th edition of the whole-Poland competition "Safe Farm", organised by
KRUS under auspices of the President of RP, will be resolved during the Exhibition. This
event aims at promoting rules for protection of health and life during work on a farm, as well
as improvement in occupational health and safety. This year as many as 825 farms were
enrolled in the individual farm category!

It is just 25km away from Poznan. Good access on A2 motorway and S5 express road.
