Conditions of Entry
Art submitted must be the original work of the entrant and must contain a majority
of REmida sourced materials.

Entries are limited to three pieces per person OR miniatures limited to 12 pieces.
There is no fee to exhibit.
Each piece must be suitably finished and ready for immediate display.
Details to be attached temporarily to works: Artist’s name & title of work.
REmida will label displayed works appropriately, as per entrant form details.
The maximum size of any work shall be 1.3m in width and two metres in height.
Works must be suitable for viewing by children.
Entry forms are available from reception at the REmida Creative Reuse Centre, downloaded from
the REmida website or can be emailed to the entrant upon request to resources@remidawa.com.
Pieces to be delivered and collected to and from the REmida Creative Reuse Centre.
Entries are to be delivered by 6pm Tuesday the 12th of November, and collected following the close
of the exhibition on the 30th of November 2013.
Uncollected works will be stored short term. If they remain uncollected at the close of the calendar
year (2013) then they will become property of the REmida Creative Reuse Centre and will be
displayed or disposed of as is the desire of the organisation.
The exhibitor is responsible for arranging insurance for their work if desired. Whilst every precaution
is taken to ensure the security of the pieces, REmida Perth Inc. can not accept responsibility for
damage to, or loss of works arising out of entry or participation.
A commission fee of 15% will be deducted from the sale price on all works sold to cover
administrative costs.
The purpose of the REBOOT! exhibition is to celebrate creative reuse, see the different artistic
interpretations of REmida materials and give REmida members the opportunity to exhibit their works.
Prizes consist of complimentary memberships to REmida, 1 year for 1st Prize and Peoples’ Choice
Award and 6 months for 2nd Prize, and are not redeemable for cash.
REmida Perth Inc. will own the copyright on all photographs taken by the exhibition photographer(s)
of exhibition artworks. These may be used to promote future REmida exhibitions, on the REmida
website & social media sites, and general REmida marketing material. Artists will be attributed when
appropriate but photos may be used without accompanying text.
