Mary Carol: Beloved sisters, we celebrate your presence this morning. We are all here with you, the Higher Beings as you call us, your friends and brothers and sisters of a higher dimension than the one you are generally residing in. We uplift you in our gracious ways to your places in a higher dimension to feel our presence and our loving care for you. Your brother Adama of our Inner Earth dimension will continue with your further knowledge of the Book of Wisdom.
We are happy to share more of the Book of Wisdom to help you fulfill your destinies with this knowledge. We sit together in the Hall of Wisdom to absorb more from the Book of Wisdom concerning the unfolding of the Divine
Plan. You have each embodied more of the energetic presence of being through which you commune with the spirit world on this plane and the planes beyond.
It has become easier for you to connect telepathically with your beloved families and your soulkins – those with whom you have a soul kinship - and we invite you to continue your communications and your prayerful connections with your special beloved friends and family. You see how easy it is from a place where you are always aware of your God Self and of the divine presence you call your Divine Mother/Father God, as you realize the prevalence of this
Spirit everywhere in everything.
We know that you trust the cosmic energies coming into your field of awareness and that you understand this is part of Mother Earth’s evolving as well as your own that is attached to hers - part of hers. You are a part of her and so your evolving is synchronistic.
Now, there is more to come of the Divine Plan as it unfolds day by day. You see and feel, more and more, the energies in all areas related to the Shift. It is true that this affects all beings, all life and all sentient beings for the highest good. It is said that there will be Earth changes, perhaps a better word is Earth challenges, where there are happenings of nature that seem disastrous, but

indeed they are not. It is a way through which Mother Earth is effecting necessary changes. We ask you to see all this from your highest perspective, and we know that is easy for you to be in that place. Your higher perspective will help you to understand at a very deep level, not always entirely conscious, but to have the knowing that it is all divinely directed and assisted by your wonderful, enormous family of Galactic Beings.
Your Star brothers and sisters are here in abundance. From this center of their gathering they are mostly invisible, so as not to cause any disturbance. From this port they go into other areas that need their help. This is a beautiful, loving commitment on their part and was indeed planned by them eons ago. We are indeed here to help one another. We let you rest for now, Mary Carol, as Sue connects with Adama and the Higher Beings to bring forth more of this knowledge.
SUE: As you rid yourselves of the worries of this world, you find that life is so much easier. “How do we do this?” you ask, and we tell you, it is easy. Just do not focus on it. The more you focus on your unwanted desires, the bigger they become. By unwanted desires we mean that which you are afraid of and dread the most. If you continue to focus on lack and remain in poverty consciousness, your experience can never be one of abundance. Change your thought to one of
Gratitude and allow yourself an opening through which, unbeknown to you, abundance may flow. You do not have to know how it will happen. It is just a matter of being open to new possibilities.
It is time, beloved ones, to leave more unwanted desires behind and to focus your energy in the direction you wish to go, literally changing direction and perception. This old reality has weighed heavy upon your heart. You can feel this now. We suggest you being, step by step. We suggest you let go and offer it up to the Divine Mother, each old pattern of thought as it arises, allowing it to be dissolved in your consciousness once and for all. Contemplate deeply and

realize as you become conscious of your negative thought, you are then able to change and dissolve it.
Humanity at large has been rampaged by negative thought forms and patterns for so long that they believe this is their only reality. Through the crack that is now appearing, we are gradually able to infiltrate a higher consciousness. The veil is beginning to part, and as the old dissolves, a new and wondrous life will begin to unfold. Your frequencies will increase and soon it will be extremely uncomfortable for most people to dwell in the lower frequencies. Allow yourself the time you need for that process. Tiredness and fatigue are part of the process. Let yourself flow in the Ocean of Love, physically or energetically, allowing the Cosmic Christ to dissolve the old away. Be kind to yourself and love yourself, no matter what. As you love yourself more, it will have a ripple effect on all those connected to and around you. Sue has had this experience briefly and she will relate it.
And so, beloved sisters, we ask you to relax and let go of the shoulds and the
should nots, the musts and the must nots. Allow the flow of the Divine to guide your days, actions and words and, most importantly, your thoughts.
We close now with this divine one and say adieu, Adama.
MARY CAROL: We ask you to keep changing your perspective because it is getting easy for you now to keep shifting your perspective to that of a higher view; to let go of judgment, to let go of seeing things from your old perspectives, for we know you have really moved into a different head and heart space that brings more joy and opens your continued ability to be and to function in gratitude. You see more than all around you as filled with blessings and you receive these blessings into your heart as gifts of the Spirit that truly surrounds you in ways, known and unknown. You will, more and more, accept

circumstances as blessings, as part of the stairway to your higher consciousness.
Stay in the flow without questioning as you know you are riding on a wave of freedom and joy. Be at peace, peace to your heart and peace to your mind.
