Christmas Curriculum Activities
We will continue with the Safari
theme throughout this half term;
we will also be starting all sorts of
Christmas related activities –
including the use of lots of glitter
and glue! We do ask the children
to wear aprons – but even then,
some accidents do happen. So
please accept our apologies in
advance if it causes a little extra
washing! (The materials we buy say
that they can be washed off – but
PVA glue does seem to be a
problem. If anyone has any tried
and tested tips for getting it off
please let everyone know – thank
you!)
Children in Need
We are pleased to report the final
total raised was £35.42 Thank
you
again
for
your
kind
contributions.

WE ARE PROUD OF OUR
LEARNING
We have attached the learning
outline for the theme ‘Let’s Go On
Safari!’ so that you can see what
the children are currently learning
about. We hope that you find it
helpful when they say they can’t
remember
what
they’ve been
doing!!
Charlie and Lola are proud of their learning

Help Needed please!
Our FOES parents are working
very hard to provide festive treats
for the children and staff, but
need extra pairs of hands on
Wednesday 9th December and
Friday 18th December. Please
speak to Ruth (Harrison’s mum) if
you can spare an hour or so on
either of these dates – thank you
Curriculum Workshop
Save the date: 5th Jan 9 am
We are very pleased to offer you
an opportunity to be part of a
learning
workshop
with
your
children. You will participate in the
workshop with them and see how
they can be encouraged to use
their imaginations to develop their
writing. It will be based around
the new theme for next term
which is ‘London’s Burning’. More
details to follow nearer the time.
