CLS Program Alumni Profile
For alumni currently working
Please help us learn more about our CLS alumni! We invite you to submit an alumni
profile by answering the questions below and submitting 2-3 photos from your CLS
experience.
Our goal is to get profiles from as many alumni as possible! We want to hear about you.
You may be one of the lucky ones chosen to be featured in CLS materials.
Use of profiles:
The CLS Program is collecting alumni profiles for a variety of purposes. A few of these
include:

A select number of profiles will be posted on the CLS website and/or in the CLS
Newsletter. Profiles may also be used for other purposes.
By submitting this profile (including photos) to the CLS Program, you give permission to
the U.S. Department of State, American Councils for International Education, The Ohio
State University and Ohio University, to use the submitted information and attached
photos, in their original or edited format. Profiles may be used electronically or in paper
materials.
