The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry, or eliminate any animal considered to be unsound in any way and to cancel or amend classes. Hard hats PAS015..1994 and 1998, EN1384…1996, BSEN1238..1997, BS Kite Mark must be worn at all times when mounted. Chin straps to be secured at all times. Body protectors are advisable when jumping. No galloping on the field. All exercising to be carried out with regard to the safety of others. Whips and spurs will not be allowed in gymkhana classes. The judge’s decision is final. No horse or pony under the age of 4 to be ridden under saddle. Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at ALL TIMES. Ages as attained on the day of the show. No entry fees will be refunded, unfortunately some classes are bound to clash, but competitors may swap classes if feasible. OBJECTIONS. Those wishing to lodge an objection must pay £20.00 in the secretary’s office within 10 minutes of judging. It will be refunded if the objection is sustained. Finally – we hope you have enjoyed your day with us. Please may we request that you do not muck out horse transport on the showground, and you take all litter home with you. We are very lucky to have this showground, and wish it to remain in pristine condition. Any help to load jumps etc, at the end of the show would be greatly appreciated.
