 Greet each guest make them feel comfortable, get them a drink, take coat,
introduce them to people, ask them questions
 Sample protein, fizz or tea
 Set-up your product table, close sheets
 Set up check out station (order forms, pen, calculator, curiosity packets, open
dates, catalog)
 Awaken Sink Scrub and Lotion
 Make sure sink is clean and clean towels are nearby (from hostess)
 Connect with each guest at the sink, don’t talk about Arbonne at this
time; Have your five questions to ask them
 Give each guest a wellness/client profile sheet and pen to fill out after scrub
Presentation
 Thank so much -----------for opening your home. I’m going to tell you a bit
about myself and how I got started with Arbonne, a bit about the company
what makes it different. Then we’ll try these products and wrap up with the
ways to get involved and get a deal.
 Please ask questions! It’s more fun if it’s interactive.
QUESTION GAME – 1 chip/ticket/chocolate for product questions, 2 for
business questions… whoever has the most at the end will win a prize.

Hand out catalogs, order forms and package deals. POINT OUT THE
ASVP PACKAGES AGAIN and how they are the best deal.
“Now I am going to be helping each of you individually in the next
room because we all have different needs, budgets and questions.”
Is there someone that needs to get going first, maybe you have a
babysitter or are on a tight schedule? So I will help you first so that
you can get going.
Leave room for a minute (go to the bathroom) and come back and
ask who is ready.
At the checkout.

Go over client card, take order, upsell to packages or at a minimum
$150 PC order.
 Pencil in a date for a show if they played booking game.
TIP: If they didn’t, ask again if they would be willing to host and get a $50
product of their choice at their show with three people in attendance.
Schedule: I am booking out for the next 10 days to 2 weeks, typically
I find when people book earlier their guests usually know what they
are doing. I find that my hosts have much more success with a
sooner booking.
 Ask EACH person: _______ have you ever given any thought to
having a business like this, I think you would be great? You were so
(insert genuine compliment). Overcome objections using the feel, felt
found technique
Example (If they say they don’t have any time) “I totally understand how you
feel. I felt that way too when I was first asked. I was working more than full
time and I had a new baby. What I found though is that I was able to work
Arbonne into the nooks and crannies of my day. Busy people are so good at
this business too! I think it is worth a few minutes of your time to learn more.

“If I sent you a call to learn more, would you listen to it?”. If yes,
when would you listen? Then schedule coffee or a three way call for
24 hours after they say they will listen (read Go Pro for more skill at
this).
 Talk to hostess about becoming a consultant and that she has a built
in network and can earn income from show. Use same verbiage as
above. Get hostess order and set up coffee appointment with her.
TIPS: Have Fun!! Be Yourself!! Keep the presentation part to 45 minutes
tops. DO NOT BRING SAMPLES WITH YOU!! Have an extra RE9 set or two
to give out for anyone on the fence. Always have a next appointment with
someone, don’t leave a business ask open-ended. Follow up with everyone
who said no or didn’t order the next day.

Booking Game Example
Deal or No Deal
 Ok before we get to passing out catalogs to let you guys shop I have one
game to play with you guys. It’s called Deal or no Deal. Have you heard of
it? Well tonight I'm Howie but with long hair! (this always gets them
laughing) And instead of briefcases with money, you have envelopes with
money.
 The best deal we can give anyone is by getting a few friends together for a
fun afternoon or evening of pampering and sampling the products.
TIP: When launching someone new say, “We don’t expect friends and family
to keep _______________ in business by buying hundred of dollars of
product each month, you can if you want, but the best way you can help her
is by hosting an event and allowing her to meet some new people she may
not already know.
 The typical show is 3-7 people, so it doesn’t take an army. If you have a
friend, a family member, and a neighbor... you’ve got a show!
 DEAL is... “Yes I want to get a few friends together and you get to open up
your envelope and find out what’s inside”.
 NO DEAL is... “No thanks, no explanation, just hand your envelope back...
but you don’t get to peek at what you’re missing out on”.
 What is inside is either $5-$20 of Arbonne bucks that you get to take off on
your order TONIGHT (or you can do a choice of three popular products)
 So now that you have explained it the first person you ask should be the one
who was really involved, asking a lot of questions and showing interest.
 You say, "OK Mary I know you really loved the nutrition how fun would it be
to get 3 friends together and all do the program together. Or Suzy I know
you were really interested in the RE9 set how fun would it be to do mini
facials with your friends. Let’s start with you...Deal or no Deal? Then you
have them open the envelope in front of everyone and say how much did
you get. Most people when they see excitement it starts a chain reaction
and they all want to open the envelope.
 Then after it’s all done I say, "how exciting you all get money off your orders
tonight (or a big gift). And when you are doing your order be thinking of a
date that will work for you in the next couple of weeks and we will pencil
your date in at the checkout station."
 NOTE: They need to "pencil in" a date that night. No checking with friends. If
they say that, respond with, "I totally understand. But what I find is that it’s
kind of like when you plan a wedding. You want everyone to come but in
reality you know not everyone is going to make it and if you ask each person
individually what date works best for them they all will have a different date.
So let’s find a date in the next 2 weeks that works for you and I and you will
invite everyone and whoever comes!

 What I love most about Arbonne is how simple it is. There are only 4
levels and you get to decide which one is the right fit for what you are
looking for in your life. I am a very visual person so if you flip over your
Wellness/Client Profile you’ll find our compensation summary so you
can really see what you can expect to earn. Like I said before, I teach
and train people who want to make a couple hundred dollars a month
and people who want to make several thousand dollars a month. This
business can be supplemental income or a replacement income.
Discuss the Compensation plan
 As a brand new consultant just getting started, you can expect to earn
between $50-$900 a month depending on how quick you get launched
 Most people are going to promote to district manager within their 1st-3rd
month in the business and at this level your pay basically doubles and you
start earning off your personal purchases. So a DM can expect $300$1500 a month depending on how many bonuses they choose to take
advantage of. For most people if they opened their bank account at the
end of the month and saw an extra $1000 in there... that would make a
big difference and that's really not hard to do with this business.
 Area Manager we call the comma level because you're going to see a
comma in your paycheck. Area Managers can expect $1200$4500/month.
 RVPs earn $5-$12k per month plus the Mercedes Benz stipend.
 And NVPs are averaging about $22k/month. Pretty life changing!!!
We have doctors, teachers, lawyers, stay-at-home moms, men, personal
trainers, CPA's, and people of all ages doing this business and being
successful and I always say "If I can do this business, anyone can do it."
