Clear round Jumping: £2 per round payable at the gate, rosettes to all clears, jumps will be raised at various stages. Lead reins are permitted at first height course. Course will close at 6pm Class 1: Jumping, open to any size horse/pony any age rider (must be suitably mounted) Jumps will not exceed 2 foot (60cm) in first round but will be raised in jump off. (no lead reins) Class 2: Jumping, open to any size horse/pony rider any age but must be suitably mounted. Jumps will not exceed 2ft 9 (82cm) in first round but will be raised in jump off (no lead reins) Class 3: Jumping, open to any size horse/pony rider any age but must be suitably mounted. Jumps will not exceed 3ft 3 (97cm) in first round but will be raised in jump off (no lead reins) Class 4 Jumping, Joker Competition. This will be a timed take your own line course with each jump having a score, the joker will be the hardest on the course and attract a higher score if jumped. Knockdowns will result in no score being allocated for that jump, refusals will not be penalized but 3 will result in elimination. Heights of jumps will range from 2ft (60cm) to 3ft 6 (105cm) which will attract the highest score. An optimum time will be marked on the course board before the class commences. Entry Fees: £8 per class pre entry, additional classes on the day £12.00 Not Pre Entered entry on the day £15.00 per class. Rosettes : awarded to 6th place in all classes, specials awarded at judges discretion. Numbers to be collected on the day unless an A5 SAE is enclosed with your entries. Entries close 1 week before event, after which late entry fees will apply. The committee reserve the right to refuse entry The judges decision is final Correctly fitted with 3 point fixing must be worn at all times when mounted, the strap must be secrured Behavior by an exhibitor or his servants deemed to be unsporting or unreasonable, by any animal which in the opinion of the judge, is deemed out of control will be requested to be removed from the ring or the show ground and may cause all rosettes, entry fees to be withheld. 5. Objections must be lodged with the secretary in writing accompanied by £25 within 30 minutes of the class conclusion. Money will be returned if the objection is upheld 6. The committee reserve the right to split/amalgamate classes at its discretion 7. Dogs are allowed on the showground but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clear up after your dog 8. No mucking out of horseboxes/trailers in the parking area 9. INSURANCE: it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to insure all property and livestock on the showground or elsewhere which is his own, or for which he is responsible 10. It is a condition of entry that the following apply. The show committee shall not be held liable for any damages to persons, animals, property or exhibitors may sustain during the show. Each entrant must agree to indemnify the organizers of the show and Rosewood Stud Equestrian Centre against any legal action arising from incidents at the show. 11. All ponies/horses competing must be 4 years old or over. Stallions must wear stallion discs. 12. Any person(s) who at the time of the event seen to be using social media networking to air disputes will be requested to leave the showground and may lead to banning from competing at future events.
