Tracy Gay, LCSW is Manager of Social Services with Alacare Home Health and Hospice. While employed with Alacare, she has provided direct case management services and has served as a regional clinical supervisor to Alacare’s medical social workers since 2006. She has also worked with diverse populations in various settings including mental health, adoption and foster care as well as home health and hospice. Ms. Gay earned her BS from Troy University and her MSW from Florida State University. Jennifer J. Savage, Ph.D., LCSW is an Associate Professor at Jacksonville State University in Social Work. She has taught social work at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Grambling State University and is currently a field instructor for University of New England. Practice settings include medical social work, child and family services, mental health and private practice. a Adrienne Duke, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in Human Development and Family Studies at Auburn University and is the Adolescent Development Specialist for Alabama’s Cooperative Extension System.
