*Wing Commander 2010 - In charge of managing the entire cadet structure. Highest cadet
leadership position in Air Force ROTC. Increased cadet class attendance by 30% by
incorporating new ideas to ROTC classes
*Field Training Prep. Flight Commander 2009- Responsible for preparing cadets mentally and
physically for Field Training (Basic Training). Accomplished training a class of 20 + cadets
(50% greater than previous classes) to successfully completed Field Training
