Dear Educators and Parents,
Learners in today’s classrooms should be active participants in classroom
discovery and learning. Assistive technology opens the gateway for
students with learning challenges. College Aspire and Inquire Forums are
designed for students with learning disabilities in reading and writing. The
Forum content will promote group interaction, spark motivation, address
students as active learners and allow student to take ownership of learning.
Student-led learning will be employed, as powerful tools for student
engagement and motivation are explored.

in a technology hub…. The Microsoft classroom. Each student participant
will receive a College Aspire and Inquire Certificate of Completion.

Advancing Opportunities Director of Assistive Technology, Fred Tchang,
will be our instructor. Fred is a graduate of Stanford University and certified
by RESNA. Fred brings to the Forum 25 years of experience in helping 100’s
of students enhance their achievement through the integration of
