 Fred has a better family. Scrooges family is mostly dead
 Scrooge hates Christmas time. Fred respects and cares
for Christmas.
 Scrooge is a miser. Fred is a kind man.
 Fred is more friendly than scrooge.
 Scrooge is probably richer by a bit. Fred doesn’t have a
mansion.
