Question 2: What is the size of HESCO bags?
The size of HESCO bags is 1.1 Meter X 1.2 Meter X 1.75 Meter. HESCO bags have been delivered at site
along with prefabricated material. Successful bidder has to fill the HESCO bags with the sand available
locally.
Question 3: Will security be provided at the proposed sites by UNODC or ANF?
UNODC will not be responsible for security at site. Bidders have to arrange their own security and the
cost can be inserted into the BOQs accordingly.
Question 4: Will the UNODC allow the bidders to establish temporary office/ accommodation at
the proposed sites?
UNODC has no objection on establishing temporary office/ accommodation at the proposed sites.
Bidder will be responsible for the site security and will clean the site before handing over to ANF.
Question 5: Is it possible to share the BOQs and Bid Forms in editable format?
Yes, it is being uploaded on the website.
Question 6: Will the electricity and water be provided by UNODC at proposed sites?
Contractor has to arrange their water and other required resources at site as per the requirements.
Question 7: Will the drawings and layout of the pre-fabricated buildings be shared?
The details drawings are uploaded on the UNDP website.
Question 8: Please share the name / list of the approved test laboratory?
Test result will be accepted from the local government departments (C&W or B&R) or the engineering
universities.
